Certified Senior Epic Data Security Analyst
CurrentConducts extensive analysis of technology and operations to identify root causes of complex problems with data and access. Resolves issues via ServiceNow and develops SERs and up-to-date EMP records for providers into the EPIC system. Devises long-term maintenance strategies, facilitates the exchange of information between teams, and verifies job roles within network environment using Active Directory.
