Without realizing it at the time, my first job as a tour guide paved the road in developing the greatest passions in my life that became engrained in my ADN: customer satisfaction and love for travel and photography. Discovered that there's something truly magical about transforming a customer's frustration into a sigh of relief, which translates into customer satisfaction and thus effective solutions that encourage repeated business and returning customers. My years in customer service roles have taught me the importance of patience, active listening, empathy, adaptability, transparency, and humor as core soft skills in today's job market. Photography has been like my special ticket to exciting journeys. It lets me dive deep into different cultures and understand what people everywhere need. It has fuelled my curiosity about the way we communicate and solve problems, both at home and while traveling. This fascination with communication in different languages and conflict resolution has inspired me to constantly seek innovative solutions, whether I'm exploring new places or facing challenges in my everyday life.I tested those skills in Rome while working as a team manager in shelters set up by the Commune of Rome to provide basic needs and protection for the homeless and dispossessed. Looking back, it was a master class in learning about community service, empathy, team collaboration, and communication. Most importantly, the number of centers grew to 8 while the number of people assisted increased exponentially from 39 to 220. My next stop was Ireland, where I dove into the Hospitality business at Fitzers Catering, interacting with people from every walk of life: royalty, prime ministers, presidents, celebrities, artists, as well as regular folks. The importance of communication, planning, prompt execution, and team collaboration helped to hone my skills as the experienced support agent I became as a consequence, helping to increase business growth to over 35% in the span of 3 years. Believing that learning is a lifelong journey, I'm getting acquainted with new and emerging technologies brought forward by Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, to take customer service to the next level.
