Responsible for redesign, development, and maintenance of high-volume freight payment processing applications including:• Freight bill payment processing (current volume of $6 billion per year)• Financial modules including check printing, ACH creation, invoicing, and factoring• Flexible business rules engine allowing client-specific rules to be implemented• Automation of complex client-specific general ledger coding• All internal data entry apps• Duplicate bill of lading check engine allowing both generic and client-specific dup checks to be performed• Handle import of invoice images and OCR data both scanned and sent through EDI+ using XML and C#.• Coordinating, communicating, and implementing programming and data change requests from internal users, account representatives, and clients

• Responsible for administrating a SQL Server 2005 database for a 3rd party electronic data discovery tool. • Created an online application in ASP.Net to sell training manuals and an online version of the Barrister job log for job input and creation.• My other duties include writing internal utilities to aid in meeting customer requirements in electronic discovery and to assist in network administration.• Work long and unusual hours on short notice.

• Responsible for designing and administrating a SQL Server 2000 database for a client/server application for a major telecommunications company. As part of that, I implemented replication between a server in Arlington, Virginia and a server in Dallas, Texas in order to speed up latency. Later moved to lead developer on the project.• Also responsible for updating the web reporting for the same telecommunications company along with the creation of any new web reports using Crystal Reports and ASP.NET.• Architected and developed a quote management system as a WinForms application for a 3rd party.• Other duties included creating additions to current programs in electronic discovery to enhance and also limit human interaction.

• Responsible for designing and implementing a message oriented middleware architecture using Java, JMS, and CORBA. The middleware system allowed orders to be entered into one system and the data flow into two other systems. • I was also responsible for automating the daily Emergency 911 and Caller ID extraction of data and upload to the proper authority for each.

In charge of administrating and developing client/server database applications for Windows using Visual C++, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MS SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.
