• Directed, managed, and supervised a brigade staff (approx. 120 personnel). Responsible for a $35 million budget in support of headquarters and eight battalions’ (approx. 3,200 personnel) operational, administrative.
• Implemented two of many new training development initiatives: one that provided “onboard comprehensive training” for all new personnel and the other a professional development initiative for all brigade-level executive.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

• Responsible for the marketing and recruiting efforts of four states (Minnesota, the Dakotas, and Iowa), comprised of 400 personnel (9 companies and 41 recruiting stations) with a $2.5 million-dollar operating budget.
• Built and led cohesive teams and implemented new processes and systems to increase the battalion’s overall efficiency.
