• Work closely with vendors, client hiring managers and cross-functional teams, utilizing the award-winning software, WAND, to ensure smooth service delivery.• Brief suppliers, arrange interviews, discuss candidates with hiring managers, conduct pre- employment checks, handle Employee Relations cases, and carry out induction meetings for new employees.• Ensure required screenings and pre-employment checks take place in line with client requirements, conduct orientation for all new workers; maintain accurate and complete WAND records• Handle critical Employee Relations issues, request support and guidance as required• Resolve and follow-through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker• Escalate to the PM any serious issues that may jeopardize RS’s position with the client, staffing supplier, or may require the involvement of senior RS resources• Rate negotiation with vendors on the client’s behalf• Partner and support the compliance department with all compliance matters
