Built the Pigeons & Planes brand from ground zero through editorial/video content strategy, social media, live events, merch, brand partnerships, playlists, newsletters, and more. As GM I've worked with the larger Complex Networks organization to oversee the evolving Pigeons & Planes business.

Co-founded an independent record label that focuses on artist development, discovering new talent, music marketing, and building sustainable careers.

Established a new music media platform through blogging and social media, built up a team of contributors, and grew audience and ad revenue while operating independently for three years. Sold the brand to Complex Networks in 2011 and maintained a full-time role managing the business.

Worked with Warner's roster of artists during a turning point in the music industry. Focused on digital marketing/online strategies to build audience engagement through the internet and social media.

Provided around-the-clock care for children with special needs.
