I began my journey in people leadership in 2012 in Bremerton, WA while going to school at Olympic College and then Integrity Worship Institute. In both settings, I was less interested in what was being studied in each class and more interested in studying the relationships of people around me. How they thought, socialized - and felt empowered.Several years later I am still discovering what makes people feel valued, empowered, and productive at work and in life.I have 15 years working as a Pastor/leader, leading volunteer and staff teams in culture, leadership, interpersonal relationships in the workplace, and career coaching. I have a passion for making a work environment where everyone feels they contribute quality work, feel valued, and supported in their growth as employees.I am an avid reader, conversation enthusiast, and love to work out and play video games.I would love the opportunity to connect with you about how we can create an amazing staff culture within your organization!
