- Review, analyze, and design department specific application/software systems. Including assisting with the implementation and maintenance of these systems.- Assesses the Jail's functions, procedures, and workflows to determine if more efficient means of operation an be realized through technology.- Reviews, interprets local, state, and federal regulations and policies to determine the impact of regulations of the Jail's applications/software.- Provides technical assistance and guidance to staff regarding Jail specific applications/software.- Serves as liaison between the Jail and County's Office of Information Technology.

- Monitor conduct of prisoners in housing unit, or during work or recreational activities, according to established policies, regulations, and procedures, to prevent escape or violence.- Record information, such as prisoner identification, charges, and incidences of inmate disturbance, and keep daily logs of prisoner activities.
