I held a number of roles at 1Password, with differing titles but all focused around communications. This meant diving into how our marketing materials are designed, whether the copy on our website resonated with our customers and of course how 1Password was perceived in the press and the wider online world.While my title changed throughout - my focus was always on communicating the value of 1Password to a wide variety of people.

This information is then curated by a team of analysts who identify and extract the most pertinent data to provide qualitative and quantitative insight.My role as Chief Evangelist saw me working across the organization to help develop and deliver the story of pharmaceutical market innovation, connecting the dots between our clients, projects, team and the wider industry.

During my time there, I worked in the UK and further afield building a strong community by connecting Faber to founders, investors, accelerators and other ecosystem partners, as well as delivering and executing marketing and PR strategies for portfolio companies

Over the course of three years, this position saw me developing content and growth strategies for now globally known startups – at the time still in their earliest stages. These included BOKU, Transferwise (now WISE), PeoplePerHour, Soundcloud and many more.We also grew as an organization, opening offices in New York and Berlin as well as London. I held responsibility for developing new business relationships, directing existing accounts, creating marketing and growth and media strategies for our own organization and our clients as well as developing team culture and internal comms systems.As the team grew, I was also heavily involved in recruitment strategies and global rollout. I personally set up our Berlin office, recruiting the managing director, and securing our first German clients.
