Supervisor and Trainer Started as a call handler responsible for providing telephone health care advice.Promoted to call handler coach responsible for training and development of new and existing staff.Promoted again to trainer and then supervisor where responsibilities included producing reports on call statistics, managing staff and service levels and liaising with all health care providers in the South West region.

I have previous tutorial experience gained in the information and guidance sector, through voluntary work at a community based drop in centre in north Bristol; before gaining full time employment and being promoted to centre manager.As project manager of the centre I was responsible for delivering information, advice, guidance and ongoing support to the local community members on matters such as job seeking advice,(CV writing, cover letters and online and paper based application), homelessness, access to further and higher education, sign posting and referring to other agencies within my network. I worked with members of the community from wide and varied social, economic and cultural backgrounds, all with varying needs and abilities.Part of my role was to also enrol and assess adults wishing to study NVQs, whilst providing tutorial support to those studying NVQ’s in Adult Literacy, Numeracy and IT, provided by a nationally recognised online training provider.
