CP, CPK and GR & R handling for new model VFD Test Spec.  VFD Test Station Installation & Routing works.  Testing station instrument & wiring knowledge, different model fixture preparation and trouble shooting.  Equipment’s knowledge (Fluke 8845A - DMM, 34461A - DMM, MD03034 Oscilloscope, Programmable AC source, Electrical safety analyzer (Hi-pot test equipment’s)  The Burn in chamber configuration, settings for various models and trouble shooting.  Test program up gradation as per ECN (program editing)  Preparation required documents and testing procedures like OI (Operating Instruction).  Manual testing with test program for identifies the problem.  Coordinating with concern department to solve the issues, like production, facility, quality.  Test station improvement activities (kaizen)  ICT testing knowledge (capacitor boards)  Test failures analysis from Fish bone diagram.  CP& CPK and GR&R method to analysis the Process capability.
