Able to adjust work space to meet a variety of unexpected situation.Maximum possible efficient operation and Maintenance of all areas (Turbine, Boiler and Auxiliaries, Coal Handling Plant, Ash Handling Plant) as per the standard operating procedure and maintaining the safe & healthiness of man & machine of Thermal Power Plant by continuous monitoring of the process & equipment parameters with respect to load & taking corrective actions by manual interventions in case of any deviation.Supervision and monitoring the operation and Maintenance of (2×600)MW Thermal power plants.Undergone cold startup & hot startup, Hot box up , planned shutdown and normal running shift activities, monitor equipment’s parameters and maintain log sheets.Handling emergencies of the unit, troubleshoot the problems and to take remedial actions.Maintain Consumption and production records and preparation of check list and Documentation of project reports DPR.Planning of trouble free operation.Involved in annual maintenance if the plant during annual shutdown Coordinating with BOILER And TURBINE Maintenance work.Having knowledge in control room DCS Operations.Planning and managing a team of between 25 and 30 personnel engaged in technical supply.Planning and executing General maintenance, Preventive, Breakdown and Shutdown Maintenance.Maintenance of boiler feed water pump, Centrifugal and reciprocating compressor, Bowl Mill, Volumetric feeder, FD,PA and ID fans, Firefighting pumps, Jockey pumps and mulsifier system for transformers.Maintenance of Coal Handling Plant Ash handling system.Maintaining computerized history and repair records for all power plant equipment.Maintaining stock of spares for power plant equipment.In boiler pressure parts thickness survey and drum internals checking, if deviation found we correct it as per IBR norms.In boiler Non – Pressure parts and Boiler auxiliaries like valves and soot blower, burner service, insulation and supports inspection etc.,Have replaced Boiler Bank Tubes during major overhaul.Do hydraulic test as per IBR norms for every ASD and co-ordinate with Chief inspector of boilers visit.Was a member of RLA team in 2012 & 2021.knowledge in NDT, material and welding inspection.Schedule, execute and report preparation of ASD activities.Trouble shooting and problem-solving during abnormalities.
