Responsible for setting up & managing Global Business services for Olam Group, transforming the operations for Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Supply chain, Procurement, Business Intelligence and Big Data & Advanced Analytics. Operation covered Olam's global footprint: Australia, Asia pacific, Europe, Africa and America. Leveraged leading technologies such as ERP (SAP, Oracle & JDE), ECM, BPM, Blackline, RPA, AI, etc and built an efficient strategic operation center.
