 Leading a team of engineers and technicians to execute Engineering, Installation and Commissioning of automation & control projects. Perform responsibility of a design and project engineer, review contract requirements, preparing technical queries to Client for clarifications and attend meeting with Client. Planning, attending meeting with project team and Client. Preparation of Logic block diagrams, circuit and wiring diagrams for the systems design. Designing of Power, MCP and Control panels as per the project’s requirement. Designing and developing of HMI screen (Siemens, Delta, Brainchild), SCADA screen (Wincc) for the process automation & control system integrator projects. Designing the Emulation of the process using the Xcelgo(Experior) Software, where can see the exact flow of the process before installation of the projects. Prepare BOM for the procurement and support the procurement team to purchase and deliver to site. Perform field engineering for automation & control systems design and implementation. Review of Vendor documents Monitor and Execute the field devices & instruments, and electrical items installations and commissioning as per the project’s requirements. Calibrate the field instruments and prepare the field instruments calibration report. Programming of Variable types of PLC’s (Makes such as Siemens, Vigor, Mikrodev) for the projects as per the system design and Client’s requirement. Perform the Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test and User Acceptance Test for the project’s automation & control systems. Perform commissioning of automation & control systems for the projects. Prepare the as-built documents after the installation and commissioning of automation & control systems. Prepare Functional Specification Documents and handover documents for the projects. Carry out the Performance tests for project’s automation &control Systems.

Job Responsibility:Installation,commissioning and Programming of turn key automation projects using PLC, HMI and SCADA.
