KBR / JGC / CHIYODA - JV project for Inpex LNG Plant at Australia - fabricating / Assembling of Main Sub-station, Local Instrument and Electrical rooms (total 29 modules). Reviewing all Layout drawings, One Line Diagrams, Schematic Drawings, Electrical Cable list, preparation of Inpection Matrix based on the approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP), allocate Inspection Test Records, punchlists review, clearing until Sail Away the modules to Site.

Complete incharge for Turnover Systems and issue completion certificates for MC, RSO and RFSU stages. Review all the Field Inspection Records as per ITP, reivew all the punchlists, categorising and interact with subcontractor, client to get it clear the items on timely manner. Keep all e-files by Turnover System-wise for ready reference.

Responsible for Turnover System Tracking & Reporting during Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Phases, reporting to Systems Handover Manager. Develop Construction and Commissioning forms. Populate quality records and commissioning records as per project requirements for various Systems. Review quality documents matrix report and punchlists and send reports to Management on weekly basis
