- Review of project specification and preparation of MEP material submittals, drawings andengineering data.- Discussions/Meetings with the Consultants for Design discrepancies, materials submittals, RFI’s, shop drawings, Variation Approvals and site-related issues- Execution and monitoring of project progress, Quality, and safety against the time schedule and provide a report on program status including a forecast of schedule and milestone dates.- Arranging technical manpower, Materials and advising technical clarification to the workers.- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work Interacting with clients and contractor’s staff to determine and verify project requirements.- Preparing reports and site records.- Quantity surveying & BOQ preparation for electrical, plumbing & HVAC for building service workers.- Preparation of LV Electrical systems design as per DEWA & ADDC standards with costeffective.- Preparation of Load Schedule and SLD as per DEWA, SEWA & ADDC standards.- Performing electrical tests.- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.- Collaboration and working as part of a team.- Work in conjunction with engineers to solve project design problems, performing basic design calculations as required.- Conduct technical, feasibility studies and site investigations- Liaison with teams working remotely from other parts of the world to facilitate the completion of tasks, and projects.- Internal and external client liaison- Ability to build and maintain lasting and positive relationships.- Attend project, site progress and any technical-related meetings Meeting with Clients, Consultants and contractors.- Excellent communication and coordination, and Strong decision maker Strong management skills and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments.- Handling Multiple Tasks with an analytical and Innovative approach

- Researching materials, equipment and labour costs.- Gathering quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.- Assessing the levels of risk on a project.- Analysing company data, exchange rates and prices using software packages.- Preparing and submitting quotations for work.- Helping with bids for new contracts and supporting buying activities.- Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts.
