Defining and implementing the strategy for the Office of the President of Israel around social and economic matters. Partner with the executive leadership team and drive a variety of highly visible projects. I managed budgets of tens of millions of Shekels for the development of projects and initiatives that benefit the Israeli society and its economy. In this role, I led a team of 10 employees, and oversaw multiple projects in parallel.Strategy: • Writing and evaluating yearly strategic plans.• Leading inter-sectoral initiatives to promote meaningful economic and social impact, resulting in dozen regional collaborations, hundreds of employers joining the initiative, and thousands of employees successfully placed.Partnerships:• Establishing and nurturing relationships with philanthropic organizations, industry experts, and influential professionals.• Identifying partners and key stakeholders and mobilizing them to successfully execute complex cross-organizational initiatives.Visitor’s Center:• Managing the visitors’ center at the President’s Residence.• Creating and developing content for the visitors’ center. • Widening the strategic audience that attends the center.

Established the department from scratch and led its strategic and day-to-day activities. Identify areas of opportunity and work strategically to enable wins and continuous improvement I owned a budget of ~5m ILS, managed five employees, and oversaw 85 chief diversity officers. The work included:Defining and executing strategy:• Leading regulatory reforms • LeadIng the research and development of professional content, like the diversity toolbox• Building an infrastructure that supports diversity and cultural competence, incl. the establishment and management of the community of diversity officers, providing them with quarterly training, writing yearly work plans, providing bi-yearly feedback, establishing KPIs, measuring and reporting KPIs, and more.• Writing proposals and making decisions on relevant government issues. • Managing inter-ministerial steering committees to diversify the Civil Service and ensure its cultural competence.Engaging stakeholders and third parties: • Representing the Commission in various forums in Israel (government, business forums, media appearances, etc.), and around the world (Australia, Canada, England, and others).• Acting as a member of the Board of the Commission.Achievements:• Built a data infrastructure to support regulatory and policy changes. The system provided transparency for all the data, reports and recommendations.• Instilled a major mind state shift by equating diversity with professionalism across all Civil Service organizations, resulting in the recruitment and promotion of individuals from diverse backgrounds.• Adapting the communication methods and the relevant regulations of the ministry of health to provide diverse populations with the health services that fit their needs during the COVID19 crisis

Led the “Israeli hope in employment” initiative to provide adequate employment opportunities to thousands of people from underrepresented populations with the support of hundreds of employers we have partnered with. The work included: • Defining, leading, and implementing work plans for the President’s initiatives in the areas of employment, regionalism, and Israeli society.• Creating partnerships with Israel’s leading employers (corporate, academia, government, NGOs) in order to advance the participation of the Arab-Israeli and Ultra-Orthodox communities in quality positions in the workforce.• Managing and nurturing relationships with community leaders and multiple high-level stakeholders to organize and advance projects.Achievements:• Led and wrote the Israeli Advertising Representation Convention, an industry standard for the diverse representation of Israeli society in commercials. As a result, we have seen a steady increase in the adequate representation of diversity in the media.• Partnered with leading players in the advertising industry to form an award that will be given to ad agencies for their continuous use of diverse representations of the Israeli society in their campaigns.• Established partnerships with hundreds of employers in the Israeli market to drive the diversity & inclusion agenda, resulting in thousands of employed candidates from the ultra-orthodox Jewish community and the Arab-Israel community
