Some of the my responsibilities are: - Inbound and release of incoming goods- Preparation and assistance during audits: SKAL, NOP, BIOSUISSE, BRC, FLO, Rainforrest Alliance- Complaint handling - Creating & updating specifications- Arranging analysis and interpretation thereof- Improving and updating quality procedures - Internal audits - Customer questionnaires - Preparation and assistance in KPI meetings and annual review meetings- Making and approving labels
