'Hot' is one of the largest media Telecommunications companies currently active in Israel. My role in the company was as a producer and coordinator within the content division, specifically focusing on HOT VOD young - a platform dedicated to kids and the younger audience.My responsibilities in this role encompassed the following:Curating and organizing content, taking into consideration viewing habits, data analytics, and daily events. Also, regularly manage the service screens on all interfaces, such as - screens, TV converters, applications and OTT services, All this while customizing and fine-tuning personalized VOD interfaces.Additionally, I collaborated with HOT's Digital division to create and produce engaging digital content.Under this position, I was also responsible for managing library data and overseeing broadcasting rights.

Downloading broadcast content and encoding it using TELESTREAM, ATEM, DALET systems, and other relevant tools.Handling filming, routing, and broadcasting duties for the program "HA-Nivcharim" on Radius 100FM, as well as managing broadcasts on the HOT VOD service.Conducting comprehensive pre-broadcast content quality checks (QC) to ensure optimal viewing experience.Undertaking photography and editing responsibilities for internal corporate videos.
