• Serve as an HRBP, offering HR support and guidance to employees and managers across all business units: R&D, Product, Marketing, G&M, Operations, and Delivery. • Implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives across the business units.• Manage the employee life cycle, focusing on general well-being, HR domains, compensation and benefits processes, performance improvement plans, and terminations.• Supporting cross organizational processes: performance, compensation, organizational surveys, Career path programs, Top Talents Mapping• Manage the monthly payroll process for all employees and handle salary-related inquiries and issues. • Managing and maintaining the salary survey system.
