Managing and facilitating the administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within the organization. Working both inter-departmentally, and outside the organization to re-develop Searchmont Resort's internal policies, practices, brand image, organizational structure, and culture, in a major turnaround year for the organization.Since joining the organization, heavy focus has been placed on developing new content and broadening the organization's reach on social media platforms. As a result, we've seen growth on our social media accounts of 85%.Additional duties include:• Content development and management of all social media platforms, the organizations website, the company newsletter, press releases, advertising, and other public communications;• Collecting, comparing, and analyzing data and analytics generated by our social media platforms and Google Analytics to identify trends and solve deficiencies on our online platforms;• Investigating industry best practices and legislation to identify potential issues in our internal policies and to establish new policies or training programs;• Planning, coordinating, and managing events, projects, and promotions; • Analyzing and reviewing historic statistical data, to identify trends specifically for the purpose of setting or modifying pricing; • Identifying and approaching potential business partners and negotiating reciprocal agreements;• Developing press releases, RFQs/RFPs, and other external communications;• Designing new advertisements, graphics, and other media;• Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including job analysis, the development of job descriptions and postings, sourcing and shortlisting of candidates, developing Hiring Matrices, conducting interviews, and final selection of candidates;• Vendor management; including the development of Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
