I am a highly motivated student passionate about learning, connecting, and communicating. I am successfully maintaining a 4.00 GPA in the Honors College while participating in multiple on and off-campus organizations, working part-time, and doing meaningful volunteer work. I have chosen Human Resources Management as my concentration because I want to play a key role in developing, reinforcing, and shaping an organization's culture. It is a perfect fit for utilizing my strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. I currently serve as the Vice President of the UNCW Human Resources Association. Through this role, I continue to strengthen my leadership skills, refine my critical thinking skills, and expand my collaboration skills while helping grow our HRA membership and provide ongoing communication and support to our current chapter members.
