As an experienced service technician in a dynamic and fast paced operations environment, I enjoy working both independently and within a team, to achieve tasks, particularly in a deadline driven environment where risk and safety management is paramount. Underpinning this, I am an effective relationship manager and have a successful career history of building sustained relationships with a range of stakeholders to ensure that goals and targets are met safely and appropriately. I have excellent technology literacy and am comfortable working with new applications and equipment. I also possess exemplary oral and written communication and presentation skills with the capacity for preparing and delivering training to colleagues and new starters, engaging effectively with members of the public (particularly where there is a need to diffuse conflict) and recommendations across a range of health and safety and operational issues so that client service is enhanced. I am now seeking a role where I can best utilise my strong operations management skills, ability to work across a range of priorities simultaneously, identification and resolution of risks and problems, ability to use a range of plant and equipment, enthusiasm for working towards ongoing quality improvement and my capacity for working without supervision for extended periods.
