o Elaborate and conduct strategic plan for a set of sugarcane Syngenta products;o Project Manager for projects related to cost reduction;o Technical support in issues related to sugarcane plantlets;o Interaction with public and private partners related to our business

Lead development of sugarcane breeding program in Syngenta- Project manager, responsible for establishment of Syngenta sugarcane breeding program- Functional Manager, responsible for leadership and technical lead of the program- Key team member providing technical input on Syngenta global GM sugarcane development- Management of research collaboration in sugarcane R&D- Technical scounting, providing input on Syngenta global sugarcane integrated product strategy, in conjunction with business development and MKT teams

Lead development of Energy Cane Project, focused on implementing breeding of cane for energy purposes- Led breeding targets in accordance with energy cane goals- Manage group responsible for field selection- Interact with local cross-functional teams- Key team member providing technical input on CTC sugarcane breeding program strategies- Applying Molecular Markers in sugarcane breeding program

Project Leader, Sugarcane breeding program- Coordination and statistical analysis of sugarcane trials- Interact with cross-functional teams dealing with trials inside the company and at the clients- Responsible for improving selections methodologies and criteria at the breeding program- Responsible for planting trials and selections in different site locations
