I supported both internal and external communications across Subsea 7's global Offshore Resources division and Pipeline Group. My role involved communications strategy and planning, campaign delivery, employee engagement activities such as town halls, magazine writing and editing, stakeholder relations and issues management. Key achievements:- Communicating vital Covid communications to the Subsea7 fleet and crew to support their safety and enable ongoing business continuity- Delivering an employee app to around 3000 people to help offshore colleagues stay connected anytime and anywhere, creating a new employee magazine- developing a narrative and identity to drive consistent group-wide safety communications- supporting communications around Subsea 7's $300 million new build reel-lay vessel - Seven Vega- partnering with a new acquisition, Swagelining, to develop its value proposition and marketing materials, including a new website, and supporting communications around the commercialisation of a new technology (LinerBridge), leading to the company being named finalists in the business innovation category of the 2019 Oil and Gas UK awards. In late 2019 I supported the communications around the full integration of the company into Subsea 7. - Supporting the creation of a group brochure and accompanying video to better market the company’s flowline and riser offering.

I support both internal and external communications across Subsea 7’s UK & Canada region. This role was expanded in 2015 to provide support to the Gulf of Mexico region as well as global internal communications. Responsibilities include project managing, writing and editing digital employee newsletters, communication campaigns and event management. I also provide advice to the business on intranet content, advertising, marketing, reputation management, social media, emergency response, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility.

Worked within Subsea 7's UK & Canada business supporting both internal and external communication. Internally, I produced the UK & Canada employee newsletter, coordinated Town Halls, developed intranet content and provided general communications advice to the business.Externally, I supported recruitment activities and media relations as well as events and exhibitions. I also supported CSR activities, engaging with multiple stakeholders including local charities and community groups.

Working in a group capacity to support internal communications across the business.My primary responsibilities were writing and editing ASCO's staff magazine "Link", introducing a new face to face communications cascade channel, "Team Talk" and producing monthly briefs, writing the Chief Executive's blog, managing and creating intranet content, employee Town Halls and project communication. I also supported community relations, social media and press activity.

Working within the Organisation Development department I managed the group employee survey, graduate recruitment and development, researching and developing ASCO’s customer service strategy and organising management conferences.

A comprehensive graduate programme covering a range of business departments including secondments in corporate communications, the shipping container division and ASCO's waste managementment subsidiary, Enviroco.

Environmental Placement Programme at Halliburton in 2008 through the Aberdeen Busniess Environmental Partnership. The project, "Greening the Supply Chain" covered a number of departments including procurement and HSEQ.
