I'm a highly motivated manager, leader and educator with a Masters degree (M.Ed) and extensive professional experience in school leadership across top-performing pre-primary, preparatory and high school contexts. As an instructional leader I have demonstrated consistent expertise in school administration and operations (including academic, financial, marketing and business management); educational innovation; curriculum design and review; change management; student advising and counselling; academic quality control and improvement; staff development and team leadership; data-driven teaching and learning programmes, and academic systems which support individual student improvement.
