Hi, I have worked for my current employer for 30 years with the exception of a year.I have worked in various roles durning that time. My most current role is as a retentions sales advisor. My job details looking after each customer chatting about their current needs and building the value back into their services also. Matching new products to enhance their existing benefits package. In this role, I have also communicated with customers using live web chat, email (kana) and in writing.Over the years with my current employer, I have been a team leader in their customer care department, with a small group of staff, we were responsible for dealing with all types of communication from phone calls, emails and letters addressed to our senior managers and executive staff.
