About Morag Punton⭐
Highly-driven, enthusiastic and experienced leader of CSR and ESG; enabling positive impact on people, the planet and communities through strategy development, employee & customer engagement and establishing key strategic partnerships. All enabling purpose-led growth. Many industry ‘firsts’ were achieved during my time as Head of CSR, Boots UK and many external recognitions. In addition, I'm a qualified pharmacist of over 25 years, starting in community pharmacy providing patient-led care then holding many Head Office senior leadership positions, driving innovation in pharmacy services from P-meds online, through to co-creating the Boots Independent Medical Agency, enabling innovative instore & online pharmacy services underpinned by PGDs and Pharmacist Independent Prescribers (an industry ‘first’).I’m a consistent over-performer and recognised by others for my authenticity, positivity, solution-led approach with skills in strategy development, stakeholder management, relationship-building, collaboration and leadership. Each role I’ve had has enabled me to ‘make a difference’. To share my knowledge, passion, experience and skills in the professions of pharmacy & CSR/ESG and to help others deliver positive impact, I have established: Morag Punton Consulting Ltd. - providing consultancy to:• Businesses – who want to get started on a strategy/plan in CSR/ESG, but just don’t know where to start. It can be daunting and I’m here to help. Perhaps the plan already exists, but support is needed to deepen the impact or make it more relevant to the business, employees and customers. Aiming for purpose-led growth, supporting employee attraction, satisfaction and retention, whilst achieving societal, environmental and business benefits. • Charities – who want to build impact on their mission through developing strategic corporate partnerships. Maximising awareness raising, fundraising, opportunities for employees and more through win:win partnerships with deep relevance and connection to their cause. Aligning on purpose, having shared goals with an aim to develop long-term partnerships that are sustainable.• Pharma Industry and Pharmacy businesses – this could be in CSR/ESG, but equally, drawing on my 25years+ experience in community and retail pharmacy; advising on pharmacy services development (in particular online services), governance, regulation, POM-P switches & more.I’d be happy to discuss how I can add value to your organisation, please message me on Linked In or email me: morag@moragpunton.co.ukI look forward to hearing from you!
