Managed placements of abused and neglected children and teens in foster homes. Provided therapy, treatment planning and implementation and report writing. Interfaced with county social workers, foster parents, and biological parents on behalf of the children and teens

Provided psychotherapy and counseling to children, adolescents, adults and couples. Organized and presented the following seminars: Active Parenting, Parenting Children through Divorce, Dealing with ADHD, Attachment in Children. Led Children of Divorce group (8 weeks) and group therapy for adults (ongoing).

Provided individual and group counseling to 40-60 middle and high school students identified as at risk for drug and alcohol use. Implemented prevention programs to build social skills, study skills and drug refusal skills. Organized community service projects, guest speakers, and parent education. Provided data for grant funding.

Implemented behavior modification techniques to improve the social skills of children with ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Planned daily group curriculum and activities. Provided data on students for research purposes. Developed a behavioral checklist along with director to pre-screen potential students.
