As a Product Owner in an international project for Agoro Carbon Alliance / Yara currently in transition to another team, I mapped and understood how the system in transition functioned, defining stories, and prioritizing the team backlog. Resulting in compiled business requirements for the development team and a complete guide of some of the system capabilities gathered from extensive knowledge transfer from teams around the world from India to Germany.I also guided in the developing of some pages, doing QAs reviews with the specialists, and I facilited data scientists onboarding and understanding of the object concerned.

During my exchange, I received an incredible invitation to be an individual contributor as part of the Image and Communication Team for the second-largest and most traditional festival in Coimbra.The team consisted of three coordinators and three individual contributors, and my key responsibilities included:- Visual Identity Development: Through networking connections familiar with my portfolio, I was invited to shape the festival’s visual identity, leveraging my unique style. I led training sessions and workshops to ensure the team maintained consistency across over 200 social media posts and 1,000 printed assets.- Social Media Content Creation: I was responsible for the ideation and execution of a wide range of social media content, including stories, posts, and reels. Over four months, our content reached more than 488,800 accounts, accumulated 10 million views, and contributed to a 35% growth in followers (adding 9,000 new followers).- Lead Design and Production of Key Deliverables: I created the festival’s logo and main assets, including the lineup poster, staff and merchandise sweatshirts, wristbands, and a billboard measuring up to 28 meters.
