Lidia's passion for development and project management kickstarted thanks to her leadership teacher in high school. Glenna taught a full room of young adults the value of self- discipline and determination to get things done. Lidia has been exposed to different roles throughout a business in her career, which has helped her mold her communication, mentorship and the true value of team collaboration. Inspired to make a difference in the world, she continues to rally and stand with the 'underdogs', to continue the fight for the justice need of the public; at the end of the day Lidia sees herself working amongst the public to help elevate and construct a world for everyone, and everything. Lidia had the opportunity to intern and work at Salesforce in their Tech for Social Impact team where it sparked a fire and inspired on the true value of volunteerism. Lidia began her commitment to volunteer for organizations that she is passionate for: mentorship, volunteer engagement, environmental justice, and social change. Outside of work, Lidia enjoys to capture nature images that are soothing with a simple message: beauty. Beauty that may be lost from the day-to-day world we all live in.
