• Expert in consolidation of group companies according to IFRS including BS and PL reports for annual and interim results• Familiar with US GAAP• Managing company secretarial issues and reporting to the BOD• ISOX implementation and process auditing according to the ISOX rules• Due diligence and investments in companies• Knowledge and experience of filing prospectuses in Israel and the UK• Working with internal auditors and implementing management processes• Tax reports and discussions with the tax authorities• Good knowledge and understanding of Israeli and English Company laws• Managing rolling and standard forecasts and budgets• Training and developing teams
