As a CEO and a lawyer with over 9 years of experience in leading transformation and innovation processes, I have a passion for helping organizations from the public and private sector adapt to the upcoming changes and leverage the opportunities of AI and digital technologies. Currently, I am the CEO of my own firm, where I lecture and lead workshops about AI and digital transformation, as well as the Chief of Transformation and Consolidation at Levinsky-Wingate Academic College, where I manage the merge and consolidation of the two colleges' processes, strategy, and brand. Previously, I was the Executive Director of Technology and Innovation and the National AI Program at the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology, Government of Israel, where I established the Innovation and Technology division, supported the academic and private sector in developing advanced technologies, and led the Israeli national AI program. My core competencies include innovation management, public policy, user research, law and foreign affairs. I have multiple certifications in digital leadership, user research, and AI, and I speak Hebrew and English. I am driven by the vision of creating a positive impact on society and the economy through the advancement and adoption of AI and digital transformation.
