When managed properly they allow companies to extend into new categories and international markets that fall outside of core expertise. But these partnerships can be complicated and have many potential points of failure.I'm a systems thinker that makes these cross-company relationships work and flourish. Creating a shared vision between external partners and internal stakeholders and driving alignment across Commercial (Sales, Strategy), Corporate (Finance, Legal, ESG/Sustainability) and Creative (Digital Marketing, Retail Environment) teams. As a Vice President of Licensing I have identified, negotiated, onboarded and operated consumer products commercial relationships throughout North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia - across a wide variety of apparel, accessories and lifestyle categories. I operate as the main advocate of the external partner within the organization and as the voice of the organization with the partner.Key Skill Areas:Cross-Silo Project LeadershipExecutive Presentation SkillsGlobal Launch PlanningNegotiating Complex AgreementsStrategic Brand ExtensionsFinancial Budgeting & ForecastingMultidisciplinary Problem SolvingHolistic Project Management
