Manager Of Marketing & Sales
Current• Manage all marketing and communications activities for the company on a national and international level.• Market to a multitude of industries, including: commercial, industrial, military/government, educational, medical, financial and worship.• Manage a team of web developers, graphic designers, and technical writers.• Write technical copy for all marketing communications, including: white papers, data sheets, catalogs, knowledge base entries, web pages, and direct mail pieces.• Internet marketing — search engine optimization, search engine advertising, and mass email campaigns. Manage 14 websites — 1 B2B (e-commerce), 1 B2C (e-commerce), and 12 international B2B (informative).• Lead the introduction of products into the marketplace by creating web content, customer collateral, product specific lead lists, and product pricing.• Manage direct mail campaigns, including campaigns for sales generation, lead generation and awareness generation.• Market research for developing new products, finding products to resell, and competition/pricing analysis.• Work with engineers to develop new products and analyze product enhancements to existing products.• Interact daily with the sales team to exchange information on marketing programs, customer-specific product applications, and customer problems. • Advertising planning, buying and management in industry publications.• Trade show coordination — booth design, product selection, logistical planning, and manning booth.• Partner with international distributors to develop global business and increase market share. This includes working with the US Department of Commerce and their Gold Key Service to find distributors in various countries, including: Germany, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.
