As a professional account coordinator, I manage customer accounts and communicate with clients as much as required. In addition, I am also responsible for reviewing correspondence, maintaining budgets, receiving complaints or requests from the customers, and liaising between internal teams. On top of that I perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. I take my job very seriously and getting it done is my utmost priority.
