- Responsible for all data management related to the Audit department.- Creating all needed visualizations with the data given or extracted to create visuals to be added to all audit reports.- Creating scenarios and SQL queries to be used in extracting and modeling audit reports to help the team to detect any exceptions or anomalies.- Automate basic daily tasks with windows PowerShell codes instead of the usual manual work to avoid wasting time.- Data management and governance to ensure that I use high-quality data for the sake of data integrity.- Technical work is mostly done using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, and Windows PowerShell.

- Centralized MIS department Responsible for all reporting related to all-bank departments and CBE on a daily, weekly, and monthly bases.- Take Care of Ad hocks that are sent by stakeholders to be extracted, analyzed, and customized then send it back to fulfill their requirements.- Deep dive and root cause analysis into anomalies data.- Analise and backend control of daily transaction deals from different bank groups (RBG, CBG, SME, OPS) with a link with the Bank Treasury team and CBE for management and approvals.- Responsible for handling requests and reports related to Card-Ops Department.- Handling all related data and reports for Digital Department - Technical work is mostly done using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access DB, Microsoft Power BI, SQL (Microsoft SQL SSIS-Zeppelin- D-Beaver), SAS Enterprise Guide, and CRM

- Reporting on the performance of Careem's Care departments from an overall view to a customer care agent view. - Supporting various business functions with insights and data required for decision-making. - Deep dive into the data pool and root cause analysis into anomalies in data trends. - Reports automation using Python. - Technical work is mostly done using Tableau, Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.

- Responsible for all backend work for ZD as an admin for the tool. - Creating all the groups and queues to contain and filter the ticket flow. - Control all accounts and profiles of the tool and customize it as per its department. - Responsible for a grant of all kinds of access to the tool with a high communication line between me and the tool help desk to keep controlling the tool and avoid any tool issues to keep the workflow going as normally as it should be.
