Desde que comencé mi carrera laboral, estoy ligada al entorno digital, a la creatividad y a la innovación. En el 2006 empecé diseñando contenidos para cursos de e-learning para las empresas y los bancos más importantes del país. Luego trabajé en MKT Digital, lideré equipos y campañas en donde convergían el ON/OFF, hasta llegar al día de hoy en donde descubrí una nueva forma de hacer Comunicación y/o Publicidad a partir de la aplicación de metodologías ágiles y de innovación. Me encanta trabajar en equipo y con distintos equipos! Hoy disfruto de ir detrás de cualquier desafío (ya sea de comunicación, de negocio, de customer experience, etc.) que busque un alto impacto pero acompañada del mejor equipo (sí, me apasiona detectar talento, armar y liderar “dreams teams”). Mi trayectoria me ha ayudado a desarrollar la escucha activa, la habilidad de decodificar necesidades (ya sean del cliente o del equipo), organizarlas y diseñar un plan para poder satisfacerlas. Trabajo para generar negociaciones constructivas. Me gusta estar cerca de las marcas, conocer sus propósitos y ayudarlas a ser líderes en lo que hacen. Me gusta lo simple y que fluya. En ese camino, aspiro a dejar una huella positiva. Since I started my working career, I have been linked to the digital environment, creativity and innovation. In 2006 I started designing content for e-learning courses for the most important companies and banks in the country. Then I worked at Digital Marketing, I led teams and campaigns where ON / OFF converged, until today where I have discovered a new way of doing Communication and / or Advertising by applying agile and innovation methodologies.I love working in teams and with different teams!
