The position combined responsibilities of Project Manager and R&D Funding Expert, such as planning, management, coordination, and financial control of projects, and more specifically:- Providing effective project management (R&D and Higher Education Research Excellence Development),- Organising the various professional people working on a project (up to 20 people),- Finding new channels and opportunities for sales of the advisory services,- Identification of the optimal funding mechanisms,- Preparation of application documents to Polish programmes.Results: 1. Obtaining approx. 11 M EUR from the public sector for developing innovative medicines and therapies conducted in collaboration with the most prestigious Polish Unis and educational projects.2. Complex project management and financial settlement for three projects, incl. 3 R&D's (11 M EUR) and educational KNOW project, with additional S2B collaboration opportunities recognition and organisation of professional development programs for students and employees of the JCI Group (0,25 M EUR),3. Organising and preparing market analyses, Freedom to operate and Second Opinion analyses, arranging contacts with Key Opinion Leaders, Venture capital and Business Angels for two innovative projects (anti-cancer therapy, innovative OTC drug).The position allowed me to develop my knowledge and skills in the field of product development, business modelling, market analysis, and customer acquisition.
