I am a problem solver which is why I am interested in Computer Science as a major. It has limitless potential and can be applied to solve pain points that arise. I am a quick study and passionate about learning. I left my family at a young age to seek a better education and opportunity. By doing so, I learned to observe, process, think and adapt. New experiences are no longer frightening. I embrace the challenge.I am also a good listener, seeking out common ground and shared interests with the people on my team. When I manage a team, I try to identify the person's strengths and fit the task to the individual to allow them to excel. Their win belongs to the group, not just the person. I look forward to future opportunities where I can apply and grow my problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in a team environment.
