CurrentMordechai “Mutty” L. Breier, Managing Partner of Insurance Litigation Group (ILG), is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney. As Managing Partner, Mordechai heads the firm’s day-to-day property insurance and auto windshield & recalibration litigation practice (ADAS).ILG concentrates its practice on first-party insurance litigation on behalf of residential homeowners, commercial business owners, contractors, and on the auto windshield & recalibration industry throughout Florida and handles large property damage claims nationwide.Together with his partners, Mordechai established ILG with a clear focus and mission: To aggressively pursue our clients’ claims from inception through trial, obtaining the maximum compensation available under our clients’ policy.Due to Mordechai’s experience, deep understanding of insurance law, strong leadership, and his proactive approach to litigation, coupled with ILG’s advanced cutting-edge cloud-based technology, the firm has achieved settlements exceeding $100 million for its clients and policyholders.A native of Brooklyn, New York, Mordechai relocated to Florida to attend Florida International University (FIU) in the mid-1990s. He has a deep appreciation for camping, the outdoors, international travel, and wildlife. Mordechai’s daily life includes nurturing a small organic farm with his wife and children.Outside of his legal career, Mordechai is an Ordained Rabbi. In his Rabbinical role, Mordechai has served the District Coordinator for the Jewish Student Union, a branch of the Orthodox Union and NCSY in South Florida. Mordechai remains dedicated to volunteering and actively participates in various local institutions, including synagogues, schools, and rescue organizations.
