Monitor and ensure that contracting strategies are in line with Company and partners procedures. Liase with Governmental bodies and authorities. Preparation of all bid/tendering process, criteria and evaluations. Liaise with Joint Venture partners, Government Authorities and contractors. Manage the procurement process for all drilling related materials. Manage COR’s and COI’s, interfaces, monitor project time line, approve milestones, etc.
