My main focus is to create value from Data working in collboration with Business stakeholders.I work with a 360-degree overview of the data, because I deal with their reading and interpretation in order to generate tools (such as statistical models or reporting) that bring value to the business.

The main answer that I need to reply daily is: how is it possible to mantain a good reputation of the infrastructure and limit abuses of the system, when your system send millions of emails per day, from thousands of customers all over the world?Looking at the data and creating automatic process that monitor email and customers behavior is the way.So, I've started studying Data Science from scratch, in order to apply it to solve our problems (mainly classification and clustering). Following some online courses, reading book, and having the opportunity to put them in practice at the same time, were an invaluable experience, and made me felt in love in Data Science problems, and has helped me a lot improving my skills.I've used R to create programs needed to solve our problem, but I've followed Data Science processes from the beginning (data gathering and analysis), until the model deployment, and final presentations.As we need to monitor our processes, I've created a dashboard with R shinydashboard, where we can monitor all automatic process, and give some input to the undelying system in order to improve models.Our models are mainly focused on:* customer clustering,* message classification and topic modelling, that imply NLP problems too* phishing prevention systemsI'm also learning Data visualization, that complete the circle around data.What will be the next challenge? Move Data Science to Big Data ecosystems, and I've already tracked the way (at least in my mind).

I've managed a small team (less than 5 people) of a support desk team (level 1 and level 2).We gave support through email and telephone in Italian and English language, helping our customer using our email marketing tool, working together the dev/IT team to find out and correct bugs.
