This means at any one time I could have been managing between 10-14 events, each at different stages.I was also responsible for liaising with all specific suppliers of service to an event, for example, printer, audio visual companies, gift suppliers, travel agents etc. In addition, constant liaising with speakers on each event to ensure all their details are retrieved well before the conference.
