As instructor of the NACE International Certified Coating Inspector, I train and guide students pursuing NACE designations, providing bilingual instruction in both English and Spanish. Participated in securing business for over 4.5 million dollars in the past 2 years in projects such as NOVA Chemicals AST2, Site C, Muskrat Falls, and the Keyera Storage Facility.• Spearheaded non-destructive evaluation initiatives - including corrosion control solutions - to maintain stringent quality control standards.

Accountable for identifying, developing, and maintaining corporate relationships with key stakeholders while executing designated sales strategies, managing projects, and resolving customer complaints.• Designed and developed solutions for corrosion protection on coatings, composite plastics, insulation methods, and fireproofing. • Created an innovative, consistent corrosion protection solution for ZeeWeed filtration tanks while performing corrosion mapping for the BHP Billiton Jansen engineering project. • Performed risk-based inspection under API 653 guidelines for oil storage in addition to providing on- site support in the lining of gasoline storage tanks.• Prepared calculations and designed plans through precise, consistent application of engineering principles and corrosion theories.• Chaired the oil and gas pipeline committee representing the RPM Group while holding the additional responsibility of acquiring market information in all business units related to pipeline applications.

In charge of business development and providing technical support and assistance to new and existing key accounts in the Southwest Ontario sales territory, such as Namasco Steel and Patheon. • Sensitization/maintenance programs and chemical surface treatment strategy for food plants in the Toronto GTA region• Provided oversight for the installation of a five-stage, low-temperature iron phosphate process for a Tier 2 automotive powder coater.

Responsible for leading business development in fast curing polyurethane coatings in North America and Asia, providing customer support on engineering applications, and managing existing and new client relationships.• Supervised an exterior coating project for the American spiral weld plant as part of the Victoria Power Pipe Project, and facilitated the automation process of plant equipment by developing a computer- based dynamic simulator.• Transformed the existing tape coating application facility into a fast-setting polyurethane application plant within the stipulated time frame while supporting product development for industrial applications.• Coordinated all laboratory testing functions and developed preservation methods for ballast tank equipment lining systems, thereby producing high-performance coatings.
