Sono un docente universitario. Il tema di ricerca e didattica che mi appassiona da sempre è quello dell’innovazione in particolare quella associata all’imprenditorialità.Il mio corso principale si intitola Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Finance (in inglese)Tengo anche un corso breve (20 ore) per dottorandi su Entrepreneurship and Startup.Nel 1996 ho creato assieme ad altri il primo Chapter italiano del Project Management Institute (PMI-NIC).Successivamente, 2004, ho lanciato il Master Universitario in Project Management e Gestione dell’innovazione. Dal 2008 al 2015 ho avviato e gestito il Forum Ricerca, Innovazione e Imprenditorialità, richiamando a testimoniare le loro esperienze molti imprenditori locali e non solo.Dal 2012 al 2016 ho tenuto la rappresentanza per l'Italia della ricerca internazionale Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM)Nel 2014 ho dato vita al gruppo di ricerca e formazione SCENT – School of Entrepreneurship all’Università di Padova.Recentemente (2021) ho creato la Fondazione Imprendi – Scuola di Imprenditorialità, che porta cultura dell’innovazione e dell’imprenditorialità nelle scuole e conferisce premi per i migliori progetti di innovazione.
