Working as a member of the Technical Publications team, created sets of maintenance and correction manuals for simulators for different makes and models of aircraft.

Created a documentation style for an entire department because I was a team of one person. Documented software for a strictly internal audience, with Confluence as the primary tool. Conferred with SMEs; updated existing documentation based on their feedback; took and processed both still image screenshots, and video, to add to Confluence content; created diagrams, mainly using Photoshop, but also sometimes Gliffy.
