CurrentLeader of the Socio-Environmental Credit Division in the Impact Finance Department- Leadership in the implementation of Socio-Environmental Credit, a central component of Conexsus' Impact Finance platform, expanding access to financing for family farmers, extractivists, fishers, and traditional communities.- Responsible for the CrediAmbiental Program - Socio-Environmental Credit Activators Network, connecting the productive base of community businesses (cooperatives and associations) to rural credit programs like Pronaf, promoting sustainable production practices and technologies, strengthening value chains, and fostering environmental conservation and the socioeconomic development of vulnerable communities.- Engagement with public policies, including the Plano Safra, the National Plan for Agroecology and Organic Production (Planapo), and the National Policy for Environmental and Territorial Management of Indigenous Lands (PNGATI), as well as Ministries and banks responsible for Pronaf, aligning financial instruments with the needs of the communities served and promoting solutions adapted to local realities.- Resource mobilization and strategic partnership development with governments, international organizations, and multilateral funds, increasing the reach and impact of sustainable development projects.- Planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated projects, ensuring alignment with Conexsus' strategic objectives and measurable results.- Participation in the Fair Contracts Project Council (Good Energies) and the Sociobiodiversity Economies Observatory (OSocioBio), promoting equity in commercial relationships and strengthening value chains aligned with socio-environmental rights.- Member of the Conexsus Management Committee, contributing to strategic decisions that guide institutional initiatives and the organization's overall impact.
