Leasing and managing 150 units throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. Responsible for all rent collections, owner payouts, AR/AP all bills for rental properties, scheduling repairs through our maintenance technician, as well as outside vendors, keeping all owners informed, sending out 1099's for all owners during tax season, keeping at least 90% occupation of units, and maintaining all office tasks.
