I am a hardworking, performance driven, and self motivated individual with a passion for learning and problem solving. In college, my natural hard-work ethic, on and off the track, allowed me to excel in my core chemistry classes and supporting classes to cultivate a thorough knowledge of chemistry. Since undergrad, I have gained pharmaceutical manufacturing, customer service, and sales experience. Each of my recent job roles have taught me valuable skills ranging from time management to chemical analysis and equipment management skills.My job as a customer service representative and sales associate challenged me to get out of my comfort zone and helped me develop my confidence and communication skills. I communicated with customers to understand their needs so that I could direct them towards a solution. I also aided in helping them decide on the right item to buy, whether it was a pair of shoes just because, or the perfect shoes to go perfectly with an outfit for a particular occasion. I learned many problem solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills through this role that I still use. With my performance driven attitude, I also enjoyed the challenge of meeting and exceeding my sales goals.As a Chemistry Technician producing P.E.T. Radiopharmaceuticals, I am joyous each day because I know that what I do is for a greater purpose and is life impacting. This motivates me even more to do an excellent job. This position has allowed me to expand on the skills that I learned in my undergraduate years such as, chemical and analytical analysis, organic synthesis, aseptic techniques, and general wet lab practices. Other skills learned on the job are inventory procurement and organization, as well as current good manufacturing practices. I am always one to ask questions because I am a consistently curious individual, but this job has also taught me and challenged me to find answers. In my free time, I enjoy following and trading in the stock market, as well as trading cryptocurrencies. I also enjoy skateboarding, watching a sci-fi or dystopian movie on Netflix, cooking, and playing various instruments. I pride myself in being a “jack of all trades” and I believe this further shows my general passion for learning and natural hard work ethic.I value my work and put my best foot forward every day. The exposure gained in each position has helped me gain valuable career skills that will help me towards my career goal of becoming a Pharmacologist. I encourage you to reach out to connect.
